These terms cover the tayavo.com website and the free Tayavo sandbox. By using them you agree to these terms. Dealers that subscribe to Tayavo sign a separate subscription agreement, which governs their use of the product.

The sandbox

• The sandbox is a private copy of a made-up sample dealership, for trying Tayavo. It is free and lasts 14 days, after which it and everything in it are deleted.
• Use only the sample data. Don't enter real customer, employee, bank or payment information.
• Nothing done in the sandbox is real: no pay is run, no messages reach real customers, and no contracts, filings or payments go anywhere.
• One sandbox per person. We may end a sandbox early if it's misused.

Fair use

Don't try to break into or overload the website or sandbox, get around its security, copy or resell Tayavo, or use it to build a competing product, send spam or break the law.

Our content

Tayavo, its logo, the website and the software belong to [company name]. Using the website or sandbox doesn't give you any right to them beyond trying Tayavo as described here.

No promises

The website and sandbox are provided "as is" for evaluation. Numbers, prices, tax amounts and legal checks shown in the sample dealership are examples, not advice. Talk to your own accountant or lawyer before relying on them.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect or lost-profit damages from using the website or sandbox, and our total responsibility for any claim about them is limited to $100.

Changes and ending

We may change the website, the sandbox or these terms. We'll update the date at the top when we do. We may stop offering the sandbox at any time.

Law

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in [county], California.
